Do you need Power? Yes, we do need access to power to operate the Photo Booth. We Like to be able to set up within 75 feet of a power source. A dedicated standard plug in is all we need. If you can't provide power a generator can be added to your package.
How much space do you need? We need to have a flat area that measures about 15'x10' to accommodate the camper, supplies and attendant. More is you've booked the vintage furniture too.
Can the vintage camper go inside? Sure can! Our campers love to party indoors! We require an opening at least 8 feet wide and 8 feet tall. Once in place we require the same space we do outdoors for our set up.
How far do you travel? Our packages include up to 30 miles of travel each way from our home base in Lynnwood WA. 50 miles if booked along with our ice cream cart. Travel fees will apply for any extra mileage.
How many guests can fit in the photo booth? As many guests as you are comfortable with! The current record is 16. We welcome you beating it!!
Where will the Photo Booth be set-up at my venue? This is something we will work out with you, the venue and your coordinator if you have one. We highly recommend the booth is placed near the action of the party. Often close to the bar or dance floor is best. This way you and your guests will get the most use out of it. If we've been to your venue before we will definitely have some suggestions of what works best!
How many times can my guests or I use the booth? You and your guests are welcome to come back as much as they like. Their is no limit on how many sessions during your active photo booth hours.
How many prints do we get each session? Each session we automatically print 2 photo strips. One for your guest and one for your photo guestbook (if your package has one). Upon request our attendant can print additional strips so each person in the picture can get one to take home.
Will we get instant digital prints or an online gallery? All of our packages come with a high resolution online gallery and images are downloadable for free. Your gallery will be available within 48 hours of your event. We do not offer instant digital prints via text or email. We are proudly offering you and your guests a more nostalgic photo booth experience with some modern flare!
What will my photo strip look like? We have a gallery of photo strips for you to choose from. Our photo strips have been carefully designed to fit the aesthetic of various weddings and event styles. We then customize them with your choice of details like names, date and even hashtags or quotes if you like. For an original and fully custom strip we charge a $50-75 fee.
What is the cost for extra hours? $175 an hour for active photo booth time and $100 an hour for idle time.
What is an Idle hour? An Idle hour is when we close the Photo Booth for an hour during your service time. This is typically used during dinner and toasts. Then we reopen after to finish your photo booth service. Joy and Delight come standard with an idle hour and one can be added to Fun for a fee.

How many guests can the ice cream cart serve? Our Ice cream cart can hold six tubs so we can very comfortably serve events up to 400 guest. We have 2 ice cream carts if needed for larger events!
Can your Ice Cream Cart go inside? Sure can! Oswald is a little wider than your average door so we can only bring him inside if you have double doors or an entrance at least 40” wide. We also need a ceiling height of at least 8’4” to accommodate the umbrella. You can choose to omit the umbrella if needed.
How much space do you need? We need to have a flat area that measures about 6’x6’ to accommodate the cart, supplies and scoop attendant.
Can my guests have seconds? Absolutely! Guests are welcome to come back as much as they like and can ask for extra scoops too. We never scoop and tell!
How far do you travel? Our packages include up to 25 miles of travel each way from our home base in Lynnwood WA. 50 miles if booked along with our Photo Booth Camper. Travel fees will apply for any extra mileage.

What is an Idle hour? An Idle hour is when we close the ice cream cart for an hour in between the hours you want us serving. Then we reopen it after the idle hour to finish your scoop service.
Where do you get the Ice cream from? We are proud to offer quality and delicious premium ice cream made right here in the greater Pacific Northwest! Our ice cream is not found in retail stores. It is only available from businesses like ours. Did I mention it’s delicious?!
Can I add additional flavors to my package? Sure can! The cart serves 4 flavors comfortably so that is our current maximum of flavors. If you want to add more to your package it is just $40 per extra flavor.
Do you have dairy or gluten free options? Yes, we do! Just ask and we will send you the details!
Is your Ice Cream safe for people with nut allergies? While we offer many nut free options, our ice cream is manufactured in a facility that uses nuts. We do not recommend people with nut allergies partake in our Ice cream. We are sorry!
